Jim Shearin, co-founder and President, has been a real estate Broker in Arkansas
for over 30 years. He has owned highly successful real estate companies in both
Little Rock and Northwest Arkansas. He has served as a Director on both the
Little Rock and Rogers Boards of Realtors. Jim has lived in Rogers for the past
20 years. For almost 10 years he has served on the Board of Directors of First
Western Bank & Trust of Rogers, and he serves on the Rogers Housing Authority
Board. He maintains a very active commercial real estate practice with emphasis
on the development, leasing and sale of investment properties.

Vice-President and Executive Broker

Ted Viala, Vice-President and Executive Broker, has
been a real estate broker in Arkansas for 30 years. He is a charter member of
the Arkansas Realtors Million Dollar Club. Ted has lived in Bentonville for the
past 15 years, and has served as the President of the Bentonville Board of
Realtors. In addition, he has held numerous leadership positions with the
Arkansas Realtors Association. Ted has been involved in some of the largest and
most significant commercial transactions in Northwest Arkansas, including the
sale of the Daisy Manufacturing Plant, the historic Mountain Inn Hotel in
downtown Fayetteville, and many others.
He is experienced in all aspects of
commercial real estate.

HANSON

Kelley Hanson, Executive Broker, has been active
in Northwest Arkansas real estate for more than 10 years. She is past President
of the Rogers Board of Realtors, and was selected as "Realtor of the Year" in
1996. She was named by Arkansas Business to the distinguished "40 Under 40" List
of the 40 Top business executives in Northwest Arkansas under 40 years of age.
Kelley is dedicated to her profession, and is currently a CCIM Candidate. Her
commercial practice includes large land development sales as well as
multi-family and investment properties.

Mike Adams brings a wealth of experience to The
Shearin Hathaway Group. He has been involved in commercial real estate
development for over\ 25 years. As Vice-President of Operations for National
American Corporation he had responsibility for 86 properties nationwide. He was
also
former President of Lake Tansi Property Owners Association in Crossville, TN.
For the past five years, Mike has been Vice-President of Holiday Island
Development Corporation where he was responsible for the building and leasing of
over 125,000 SF of commercial property. Mike is a native of Northwest Arkansas.
He is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

Doug Kuntz joined The Shearin Hathaway Group
after retiring from a 35 year career in sales and management with IBM. He worked
with IBM in markets from Little Rock to San Jose to Houston. He has lived in
Fayetteville, Arkansas for the past 20 years where he has been an active
participant in civic and community affairs. Doug is past President of the
Fayetteville Rotary Club, and serves on the Advisory Board for the University of
Arkansas Genesis Technology Incubator. He has been involved for the past 10
years with the Fund Raising Committee for the American Cancer Society. Doug
offers a keen business perspective to commercial real estate in Northwest
Arkansas.

Bonnie Piccirilli has joined The Shearin Hathaway
Group as Property Manager, and is responsible for the Property Management
Division of our organization. Bonnie comes to us with over 18 years
experience in property management in markets such as Dallas, Washington DC, and
Little Rock. She received her BSBA in Business Administration, and has
acquired the prestigious RPA designation through the Arkansas Chapter of BOMA.
Bonnie's goal will be to protect and enhance the value of our client's real
estate assets by offering Professional Property Management.

LaDonna Hill has been with The Shearin Hathaway
Group since it was formed. She is an important part of the organization where
she coordinates all details on contracts from acceptance to closing. She
expertly guides the transaction by keeping the brokers and clients informed of
all contract deadlines and requirements. In addition, she assists the brokers
with presentations and research material. She also handles all accounting duties
at the firm.

UNDERHILL

Amy Underhill is the smiling face that greets
clients and visitors when they enter the office. In addition to her receptionist
duties, she serves as Sales Assistant. She is responsible for processing all
listing information in the office, as well as creating presentation materials on
all listed properties. She keeps all files current, and also keeps track of all
activity on the properties. She is at the center of our busy office.
